ORA-07445:exception encountered: core dump [string] [string] [string]
[string] [string] [string]
Cause:An operating system exception occurred which should result in
the creation of a core file. This is an internal error.
Action:Contact Oracle Support Services.

They will generally suggest some new patches, OR Look for any patches
for your version in Oracle that will solve your problem.

ORA-7445 happens due to instance crash and memory fault problems. Take
the stack trace from the logfile and search for possible bugs/patches
at metalink.oracle.com. Some temporary relief is sometimes caused by
increasing the sga size as well pga size.

Without a stack trace this is not possible. At least
upload the call stack from the generated trace file.

It is even preferable to open an ITAR with Oracle Support.
