Greetings. I understand that the BBC uses a proprietary part numbering scheme when specifying components. It is also my understanding that certain UK distributors/resellers use this part-numbering scheme in order to make life easier for the BBC. My areas of interest are video & audio cables & connectors. I have been unable to find any information on the web on how to obtain the list of these part numbers. In order for this question to be answered to my satisfaction it must include the following: a link to an online database of BBC part numbers or information on obtaining a physical document. Either of these options must include information on video & audio cables & connectors. Information containing the BBC's required specifications for audio & video cables would also be helpful. Happy hunting! |
