I have many hyperlinked .DOC files. I wish to browse through them
without having every .DOC I've viewed left open. This worked great in
Word97 but Word200 insists on leaving every document I've viewed open.
How do I get the same behaviour as in Word97 ?

There is no answer at this time.

The option to open every document in one windows is not available in
Word2000. Since Word2002 you can chose, what you want.
