How do I load Toshiba PDR-M21 XP drivers.  I ran the XP driver install
package, but it keeps loading the old drivers which are NOT compatible
with XP.

First, run the installer package you downloaded.  Do not reboot when
asked.  Then go to device manager.

This can be done by going to your start menu, clicking run, and typing
devmgmt.msc and clicking enter.

Locate the camera in device manager, and double click on it.  Click on
update driver, then "install from a specific location" then NEXT, then
"don't search, I will choose the driver to install" then NEXT, click
"have disk" then NEXT, click browse and type
"C:\WINDOWS\twain_32\Toshiba\PDRM21" and click open then OK.  Follow
through and reboot.

Your camera should now work.
