I am the CFO for a restaurant chain and have not been able to
determine how to reconcile merchant account/credit card statements to
the agreed upon terms. How do you reconcile and breakout the credit
card versus debit card charge and fees, pin entered versus non-pin
entered transactions and fees, corporate versus non-corporate card
charges and fees, MC/Visa charges and respective charges and fees, and
keyed versus non-keyed transactions and fees?

How do you hold the merchant accountable to the terms of the contract?
How do you check their charges to what happened at point of sale to
the merchant account statement charges?
