I recently purchased a Targus HandCam module for my Handspring Visor
Deluxe. I installed the drivers and software on my desktop as per the
instructions. However the pics and vids aren't showing up on my
desktop PC after I hotsynch my Visor. Is there a software patch or
download available online? I went to the Targus web site but they seem
to have stopped supporting this product.

If you read the user review given by Leonard on this page, you'll see
the user says that a patch is required from Targus to make this work. 
Reading this, I went to look on the Targus website.

the problem of transferring pictures from the Visor to the Desktop PC

The article suggests downloading a registry patch for Windows 98, ME,
XP or Windows 2000 and has detailed installation instructions for the
