Prescription drugs are paid for 100% in some cases by the user and
100% in some cases by the user's healthcare provider. Can anyone
provide a cash flow diagram and explanation of the numerous ways that
a prescription drug can be paid for and indicating the eventual
payment process back to the manufacturer of the drug?
