Rosevile, MI, or somewhere in Macomb County in the last 30 days.

You can search Circuit Court records by name in Macomb County:
http://www.macombcountymi.gov/CIRCUITCOURT/index.asp [note hours the
system is unavailable]
Look up a Case. This link can be used to search the Circuit Court's
party name index for civil, domestic, criminal and appeal case
information. Search results include the case number and the Judge
assigned to the case. The Public Access page may not be available
during the hours 11:30 p.m. to 2:00 a.m. due to maintenance of the
system.

Warren and Roseville don't have similar search functions, and it's
more likely he'd be registered in the County system if he was arrested
--let me know if this is successful, but in your case, I hope you
don't find anything!

Most states have a freedom of information act and the fact someone was
arrested is a public record. You could write to the law enforcement
agencies in the area and ask OR call them and ask.

Call each of the District Courts, ask for the criminal clerk, give
them the name and they will know if there is a file open.
