Who can we contact to sell some shares of stock from our private
company to investors using regulation D? In other words, what law
firms do you know that could help us to register our securities in
order for us to sell our stock to private investors? We are a private
company and will remain a private company but would like to raise
capital by selling some of our stock to select investors. What law
firms can help us here in California?
