I would like real world examples of current "Partnership Level
Agreements" (PLA) or "Operation Level Agreements" (OLA) (names can be
withheld for privacy if required) between organisational business
units or divisions and the "Shared Services" department of that same
organisation in large financial institutions as they pertain to the
area of Business Project Services.

Interesting concept.  I wonder if the company sues itself if its
departments annoy each other.
