1. The market size (for 1995, 2000, 2005) in terms of volume and money
value (expressed in US dollars)  for shampoo and body wash in USA +
Canada and Mexico. Total values and volumes are requested for North
America as well as per country if possible

2. The per capita use (in volume and money value) of shampoo and body
wash in USA, Canada and Mexico (for 1995, 2000, 2005).  What are
differences in per capita between cities and rural areas?

3. How popular cocamidopropyl betaine or lauramidopropyl betaine being
used in shampoo and body wash in the market of USA, Canada and Mexico?
(pls state in terms of the percentage (in volume) of shampoo and body
wash having cocamidopropyl betaine or lauramidopropyl betaine in these
markets (breakdown by the three countries is requested (but for all of
North America is also acceptable))

4. What are the industrial norms of dosage of these betaines in
shampoo and body wash now? Any difference comparing to Year 2000? How
will be in the future (say 2010-2015)?

5. What other mild surfactants are as popular as these betaines to put
into the shampoo and body wash systems having sodium laureth sulphate
in North American market?  (as a replacement or together with betaine)

6. Current and future growth rates (for coming 2-3years and after
2010) of the shampoo and body wash market in USA, Canada and Mexico.

7. What factors (with some quantitative support) affecting the
increase/decresase of the shampoo and body wash in USA, Canada and
Mexico market?
