Hi There!

I have a very small interest in a dog training business. The trainer
is an expert. He trains dogs in one day and charges $300 per dog. He
is always booked weeks in advance.

Sooooooo....greedy little guy that I am, I am now looking into
"scalability" for this booming business. We're considering several
different ideas: group classes, infomercial, DVD, newsletter, write a
book, write magazine articles, streaming internet, etc.

The best idea thus far appears to be the DVD. We could pay a
professional videographer to make the master video. Since we would
own all the content, we could then replicate the DVD ourselves.
Voila! Early retirement for everyone! heh heh heh

So I am looking for the steps involved in going from concept to
actually putting the DVD into the hands of paying customers. A 5-star
answer would include:

(1) outline of steps
(2) pricing for hiring a professional video person
(3) a couple of methods for advertising the DVD

All comments greatly appreciated!

Thanks.
ron

P.S. This task is "expandable." So if you find a promising line of
inquiry that would require more than the $40 price, please do mention
it. Thanks!
