We are looking for an improved, nicer interface and more stable
program, such as Ebays Enhanced Picture Service.

We are looking for a near identical activeX program as Ebay's Enhanced
Picture Service (if you have an ebay account, look and test it out).

We also need to be able to place a watermark.

This is not at all what I am looking for. Take a look at Ebay's
example. Try listing a piece, when you come to the section where you
have to load images, select Ebay Enhanced Picture Service, which you
will need to instal their ActiveX. Thanks for the effort.
