I want to know about any job openings that come up for federal
attorneys in or near (i.e., within 75 miles of) Nashville, TN (which
is in the Middle District of Tennessee). I don't know of any such
openings listed for Nashville right now, and I expect they will come
up rarely.

I can manually check some sites (e.g.,
http://10.173.2.12/oarm/attvacancies.html or
http://www.usdoj.gov/oarm/attvacancies.html), but I'd like a free
solution that would regularly check for openings and notify me quickly if and
when they're posted. The sites mentioned above do not, unfortunately,
have any kind of notify
feature. I experimented with Google's Alerts and Advanced Search, and
also thought that maybe something like RSS could help me, but if so
then I can't figure out how.

A good answer would give me step-by-step instructions on easily
setting up a solid search-and-notify mechanism, and an even better
answer would name other good sites or resources for learning of
openings for federal attorneys (not limited to Department of Justice).
