I am looking for a list of at least 100 "second-tier" retailers that
would be appropriate tenants for a shopping mall. The mall is a
re-development, targeting a low to medium income market (mostly
Hispanic), with household income levels between $38,000 and $50,000.

I am looking for a list of stores in all categories suitable for a shopping mall.

Examples of the kinds of stores I would expect on a list like this:
Payless Shoes, Fashion Bug, Payless Optical.

Examples of stores that are too high-end: Ann Taylor, Nine West, Banana Republic.

I am looking for a list of at least 100 stores, preferably national
but at least with operations in Texas. It is not necessary to have
contact info, but if available it would be great.

Thank you,

Justin
