I am doing a research project for class (Urban Economic Policies)  and
its on Homeland Security and its impact on New York city. Could you

1. What is the NYC's urban Economic Policies as it pertains to
Homeland Security? State and Federal.

2. What are the challenges or issues carrying out these policies to
meet thier goal in protecting NYC?

3. What are the major problems surrounding the NYC Policies as it
pertains to Homeland security and Antiterorism?

I am looking for official policy from the Mayors office.
How much money did NYC state recieve and where are the funds going?
I am looking for information as it pertains to employing, training and
supporting New York Police Dept - EMS - and Fire Department - fighting
Bio teorism.
