We are looking for cutting edge IT models designed for streamline
decision making and implementation. Advanced Process Protocol is on the
right path. They use IT to stream line the design build construction
Processes.
What we are looking for is a voting system that allows members to
distribute their vote, and thereby empower, other members within the
system. The model we are looking for might have more of a Horizontal
distribution of power.
You could think of this as a non profit with 10 million members and we
want every vote to count. We are searching for models that we can at
least find some inspiration from. Great if the software was already in
place but even a great paper would work. In other words, we need a way
for these 10 million members, all throwing $100 a year into a pool, to
distribute their money to reps who will further distribute their
money, down the chain till "the vision" (and the money associated with
it) gets split out to specialists for action.
We need something where members can log on to the internet, click on
and delegate percentages of
their ONE VOTE PER DIVISION (food, clothing, shelter, education and
fun) to representatives in the tiers and sub tiers and sub sub tiers.
Say a particular rep (in a particular division) has 30,000 votes,
anther has 50k, anther has 100k etc. They then pass on their Budget to
next in command (in a lower tier)and from there to yet anther tier...
getting us closer and closer to more and more specialty rep- as the
budget is channeled to the final rep that writes up a Purchase order
(for that portion of the budget, as it gets split out)
