Looking for models to follow that use online, video streaming,
training moduals.  The idea being that a distant learning can watch
and listen to a short training video on line, take a test and get
approval. Ten high quality links, showing the model at work,  will
make us happy

Should the online video training necessarily be about construction, or
are you looking for samples of online streaming video training? One
consideration is, if you are merely looking for samples to view, you
may be able to see the video content only upon enrolment (i.e. paying
for the course).

www.worldwidelearn.com has a lot of online training. Also,
www.constructioneducation.com lists several links. I don't know if
they are exactly what you're looking for, but they might help.
