Shortly after the invasion of Iraq, Jon Stewart stated something that
I thought was very accurate and profound. It was something like:

If you watched as the Iraqi people cheered and did not feel pride then
you are too far to the left. And if you saw the force that was needed
and did not feel a sense of humility, then you are too far to the
right.

I would like to find the exact quote. I did not see which Daily Show
it was, since I saw it replayed on ABC News with Peter Jennings.
However, I would assume that it was shortly after the invasion of
Iraq.

Thanks,
Ken

If he was funny I might tune in long enough hear he be so profound.
