What companies provide software for developing a disaster recovery plan?

I am searching for software solutions that aid in developing a
disaster recovery program. I found an application for $1500 @
http://www.disasterrecovery.com/

which would do the trick, however, I am looking to compare other
companies that might offer similar products. This software provides
many templates and a central way to organize the data. The only
enhancement that we would be interested in which this application does
not provide is that it be a web-based application rather than a
windows application.
