If you have MS outlook it is simple , sync the old phone to your
contacts folder and kalender , then sync the new phone from the
contacts folder.and calenders , if necessary you can download a trial
version of oulook from Microsoft , you will also need to download
active sync , and of course you will need the software/hardware needed
to connect your phone to your pc , be it a cable , bluetooth or IR

If you do not have outlook it can be done with just the phones but you
will only have the addresses
copy all numbers from your old phone to your sim card , pop in in the
new phone and voila all the numbers are there
if need be you can copy them back to the memory of the phone
