Hi,

I have signed up with usps.com web tools in order to use their API, I
am interested in creating shipping labels using my application data
with PHP, I have read this documentation
http://www.usps.com/webtools/htm/Delivery-Confirmation.htm and have
successfully generated the labels, I am already switched to their
production server but the generated label does not include postage, I
have emailed technical support (icustomercare@usps.com) and they
redirect me to this url http://www.usps.com/webtools/providers.htm
which is a list of companies of service providers.

My question is: How do I use the delivery confirmation API to generate
postage-ready labels, using PHP?

I know php, I need someone to point me in the right direction, is
there another API needed? Am I missing something? Does the usps offer
something like this? (I know they do, I receive customized labels from
companies shipping goods to me all the time, so I know this is
possible).
