For a 1992 Honda Accord, what's the best product to loosen and clean
cylinder rings? I'm trying to prevent a case of engine oil burn off.
No smoke comes from operation. No oil leaks detectable. Just very slow
oil reduction.

The rings in this case are the piston rings. I'm told there's a strong
chance they've stiffened over time. Mileage is close to 150,000 miles.
