Would you be interested in visiting a library that has the book? If
you provide your approximate location, I might be able to direct you
to a nearby library that has a copy.

I know of a copy that is at UC Berkeley. My interest is in obtaining
a private copy rather than working with a library copy. Working with
a library copy requires me to pay several hundred dollars for a
library card, then driving about 100 miles on weekends - this is
really not an option for me.

composer-ga,

I have to concur with my colleagues...there do not appear to be any
readily available sources for buying the workbook.

However, there are 15 libraries in California that carry the workbook.
Perhaps one of them is closer to you than Berkeley. Do you want to
reconsider the library option...?

Let us know.

I believe Juggler's suggestion of finding a copy in a library is your
best bet. I performed an extensive search, and I found not a single
copy of the workbook for sale.

That's weird, guys, because a cursory Google search turned up four
used copies over here:

scavengernyc,

The music textbook is easily obtained from used book merchants.
However, what the customer needs is the workbook, which is scarce.

If I understand the question correctly, composer-ga is looking for the
much-harder-to-find workbook that is a companion volume to the main
book, rather than the main book itself.

Ah, never mind...I see it is the 98 page workbook you're searching for. So sorry!
