Royf --

Ralph C. Martin II was District Attorney of Suffolk County from 1992 to 2002.

Here is a link to a Business Wire article of September 20, 2001,
concerning Martin's impending move to the law firm of Bingham Dana
LLP:

Business Wire: "Suffolk County District Attorney to Join Bingham Dana"
http://www.findarticles.com/p/articles/mi_m0EIN/is_2001_Sept_20/ai_78445183

Search Strategy:

I first found the name of the current D.A. (Dan Conley), using the
following Google search:

"suffolk county" massachusetts "district attorney"

I then guessed (correctly) that Conley was the immediate successor to
whoever was the D.A. in 2000, so I used the following Google search to
determined whom he replaced:

"suffolk county" massachusetts "district attorney" "conley replaced OR succeeded"
://www.google.com/search?num=30&hl=en&lr=&safe=off&q=%22suffolk+county%22+massachusetts+%22district+attorney%22++%22conley+replaced+OR+succeeded%22

This led me directly to Ralph Martin. I then conducted the following
Google search to establish that Martin was the Suffolk County District
Attorney in 2000:

"suffolk county" massachusetts "district attorney" "ralph martin"

That search led me the site linked above.

I am confident that this is the information you are seeking. and I am

Since you titled your question "Biography," I should not that the
story at the link I provided contains biographical information about
Mr. Martin. If you need more, just ask for clarification, and I would
be happy to help you find it. Martin is a prominent person, and a
simple search on his complete name will provide more information about
him.
