I am trying to use the extproc functionality in Oracle 9i to call a
piece of code compiled as a dll through a stored procedure in the
database. I used the Borland compiler 5.5. I am able to compile the
sample code and create a dll, but when I call it through the stored
procedure I get a :
"ORA-06521: PL/SQL: Error mapping function ORA-06522: Unable to load
symbol from DLL ORA-06512: at "PROCESSDB_DEV.SQUARE_OF", line 0
ORA-06512: at line 6 " error.

Can you help me fix this problem.

I've no idea how relevant they are but but have you seen :

? They look vaguely similar problems and they have some sort of an answer.
Best of luck.
