What is a comprehensive list of e-currency providers out there?  I
know of eGold, StormPay and Paypal, and I'm vaguely aware of some
micropayment services.  What other ones are out there?

This is a good list, but there are several eCurrency providers that I
know of that aren't listed here.  This will do for a good starting
point if I were to research the rest on my own, but it isn't the final
product I'm looking for.
