I was looking for some innovative ideas to help improve our company's
exposure.  We are starting with an online marketing program in the
next week, and have just kicked off our PR effort this week, 
but wanted to know thoughts.

I had thought newsgroups might be a good way, but one of my eCommerce
guys say they are dead.  Looking for some thoughts, already planning
on doing CPC campaign with Google and Yahoo, and also buying some
banners and skyscrapers.

We are a very new concept - for the first time, someone can outsource
their job search.  (Short explanation - after filling out forms online
and providing us with your resumes and cover letters, we then have our
team in India go online and find and apply to jobs for you (it is a
complicated process to decide which ones to apply to).  You are BCCed
on all letters sent out, and we keep track of them on our site for
you.  The equivalent hourly charge is $4.90 per hour).
