Can you provide a listing of all oil spill response vessels with a
draft of 30 feet or greater world-wide?  I am particularly interested
in vessels currently staged in Alaska, British Columbia, Washington,
Oregon, California and Eastern Russia, but am also interested in
knowing as many as possible internationally.  I need to know vessel
names, who owns/operates them, what type of vessel, and their overall
draft at berth and under power.
