Has AIGO restaurant in the Concord, Massachusetts train Depot on
Thoreau Street closed? (I am trying to make a dinner reservation, but
just getting a telephone company rescording saying the number is
disconnected and no further information is available.) |

The number does indeed seem to be disconnected, and there is no new
listing at 1-978-555-1212. I confirmed it was located at 84 Thoreau
St.
Try faxing: (978) 371-1703 Ask them to call because their phone
number is disconnected. I'm in Seattle, they're more likely to reply
to someone local. If the fax is disconnected too, it may take a
drive-by. Do you remember any businesses next door that you can call
to ask?

Because I needed an answer to my question when I asked it, or at least
within a couple of days, it is now long since moot. Therefore, please
cancel my request, because you were not able to come up with an answer
in a timely manner - and be sure to cancel the charge too, please!

Actually, you're the only one that can cancel your question. You'll
only be charged the 50¢ listing fee. Unless you cancel the question,
the default # of days it remains open is one calendar month.
It's nearly impossible to tell, not being mind readers when someone
requires an answer unless the question states it very clearly:
..."I am trying to make a dinner reservation [ FOR THIS FRIDAY or
insert day ], but just getting a telephone company rescording saying
the number is disconnected and no further information is available..."
You may think it's obvious you were wanting to make the reservation
for the next day or two, but it's NOT --to us! Actually, it's ironic I
saw this tonight, I'm an administrative assistant in my day job, and I
JUST made reservations for March 15th for my boss and a couple of his
associates. That's over 3 weeks away.
In any event, the FAQ's are very informative...
