"Official" by the definition of what church? Roman Catholic? Lutheran?
Anglican? Coptic? Greek Orthodox? Syrian Orthodox? Russian Orthodox?
Ukrainian Catholic? Huguenot Protestant? Calvinist? Or any other?

Here it is:

E-SWORD
http://www.e-sword.net/

It has dozens of languages, dozens of commentaries, multiple of
versions, maps, dictionaries, you name it this one has it ~AND~ It's
updated often. See for yourself:

http://www.e-sword.net/downloads.html

It's free to those who cannot pay. I use it regularly in my own
studies and I am tremendously grateful for it and for the program's
creator, Rick Meyers, who says:

"Without payment you have received; without payment you are to give."
(Mat 10:8 ISV)

So, there. Now you have it. Enjoy.

Don't know. You might contact Rick Meyers and see if he minds you
using his software in your business. If it's for a good cause he may
give you permission, who knows. Can't hurt to ask.
