Dear JM Castle, 

I have noted that your question hasn't been answered yet. There are
several problems that might contribute to that.

It could be, that the reason is lack of definition what is "hispanics": 
- People from Hispaniola, that is of Puerto-Riccan ancestry in the
United States (the official definition)?
- Any people of "Latin" heritage in the United States (also Mexican,
Peruvian, Chilean, etc.)?
- People who define themsleves as "Hispanics"? This requires that
there had been a survey asking people for ethnicity when buying
jewelry.

Adding Latin America adds much more confusion. What is mean by
"hispanics" in Latin America?

I am not sure - if there isn't any ready made (and very expensive!)
market research conducted on the question of ethnicity in jewelry
market - that there is more than some anecdotal (media based)
informaiton on the subject.

to clarify the "hispanics" it is anyone of latin heritage within the
US.  As far as latin america, if there is any chance of obtaining
information breakdown by country, then it is safe to imply of latin
heritage.

There is a comprehensive report about Hispanic/Latino jewelry
purchases in the U.S. available from Unity Marketing for $2500.  There
is only one reference in the document to the breakdown of purchasers
by percentage.  Unity Marketing may be able to provide you a custom
cut of the data although it is likely going to cost more than $200...
but everything is negotiable.
