Does anyone know how can I _really_ disable the popup banner ad with
paiddomain.tk domain? Disabling the "dot tk linker promo" at domain
controls has no effect on this. Javascript found on discussion panels
such as:

does not disable it and besides this kind of approach is bad as it
shows the "real" location of the site on browser address bar instead
the original .tk address. All discussion I have found with google
about this topic suggest disabling the "linker promo" thing at domain
controls or using javascript, but none of these actually work.
Please do not answer if your answer is that disabling really is not
possible, and please do not suggest methods I have shown above that do
not actually work.
