I need some measure about the degree of Telecom deregulation in several countries, *including Latin American Countries*. I need *recent* data (anything before 2003 will not do.) It could include fixed, wireless and Internet. - An ideal answer would be: a table listing several countries, each with a numeric "value" (and index or something) that tells how much the telecom sector in that country has been deregulated. - A good enough answer would be: a non-numeric comparison of regulatory environments in several countries, maybe in the form of a table. |

There is no answer at this time. |
