Is it true that a Florida Resident cannot be sole executor of an Ohio Will? The Attorney named in the Will as co-executor with me refuses to return my phone calls. Is there any public record of WHO the co-executor is?? The owner of the Will is gravely ill. If I need a Cleveland Attorney, what is the best way to find one who specializes in Probate Court? |

No you can not see who is mentioned in the will or the will itself while the individual whose will it is is alive. The reason is, a will has no effect until death and is not a final document until death. You have to wait til death to see it or act on it. So sit tight. |

No, I don't want to "sit tight" since I am going to have half of the responsibilities of settlement. |
