If you were talking about the SIM unlock code to unlock the phone for use on other service providers, you have temporarilly immobilized your phone. You must call the service provider (AT&T/ Cing) and request the PUK (Personal Unlock Key). This will get you back to where you started and will still need the unlock code to use the device with another network If you are talking about the phone's security code... its going to be a little more difficult. Entering in the wrong security code that many times can completely lock up the phone... It may have to be sent to the manufacturer or to a technician to have the firmware reflashed to the phone... This is the mobile equivalent of reinstalling your operating system on your computer after a crash. Good luck |
