I'm trying to find out if there is anything like an ATM machine for
home use. Ideally, this machine would ask for a password, and, if
correct, would dispense the bills. The machine would not have to
connect to any bank account and I would be responsible for refilling
the bills.

The idea is simply to have my family members access to cash, at all
times, and do this in as sort of high tech way.

I am looking for a ATM-like machine for home use.

I was looking for a machine similar to this

would feed the bills.

I would expect that such a machine would cost a few hundred dollars.
