I will consider this question 'answered' if thorough research
indicates that there are no applications/vendors that meet the
following requirements.  In this case, a 'closest match' list is
sufficient.

I'd like a list of applications that can do the following (list of
vendors is OK if they can deliver the solution onsite):

1) Auto-dial outside voicemail phone numbers
2) Navigate authentication/VRU prompts to stored voice messages
3) Convert voice messages to text
4) Store text in a database

What I AM looking for (requirements):
a) I want to own/lease the application
b) Be able to reconfigure/recode if necessary
c) Be able to scale application as necessary (00's of simultaneous dials if needed)
d) Host the application on my own servers

What I am NOT looking for:
a) A 'web-hosted' voicemail-to-email solution: these typiclly require
you to use their phone numbers and access their servers.
b) A complete voicemail solution: I don't want my own voicemail
application - I just want to be able to access/dial outside voicemail
applications.
