You can edit a webpage in word for sure first visit the webpage then click file and click saave as and type a name for it and click save and then right click on that file in your saved location and then click on properties and then in open with click change and a list will appear and select word in it and click ok . now double click and open the file it will open in word edit it as much as you want and then go to file and click save it as you want |

I agree with cynthia-ga that Notepad would be a far better tool than word. Unless you have a captive audience that you can force to use only the browser / os version you use, using word for creating html pages is an extremely poor choice. Do a google search on "clean up word html" and you'll quickly discover word creates non-standard html code that is often bloated to 10 times the size needed. Word html code are only reliable on windows / IE and load 10 times slower than if they were made in a good web editor or even if made by hand in Notepad. |

Actually, HTML is not meant to be structured in a word processing program. Why not use a WYSIWYG editor? Learning HTML is not all that heard, and with a WYSIWYG editor, you use a HTML editing program, you can do many of the same things as you would in WORD but without the problems. I could eat cereal with a fork and slurp from the bowl, but why bother when there's a spoon in the drawer? |
