I need documents that explain how to provide Universities' services,
e.g. admissions, registeration, student help services, etc. over the
internet instead of the need for having offices, staff, etc.

What are the issues and implications associated with such a transition
process, infrastructure change, etc.
Real examples of universities that have done this will be appreciated.

If you are aware of any software companies that specialize in software
for this market, then perhaps they have "White Papers"

Dear roxrox

In fact, i am not familiar with such software companies. Could you
please give examples.

The answer doesn't have to be 100% on Universities. I need to make a
good case for transferring physical assets to provide services online

Just Google with the words
University Administration Software
There is plenty for you to peruse

If you call these companies (and I would call rather thn e-mail) and
ask to speak to a sales rep the sales rep should be able to tell you
where their software is installed. My vote, anything you buy, make
sure it rund off of the browser.
