This definately requires more information - such as if you're on a
provider that offers its own spam blocking (which you may not be able
to do anything about, OR they may provide the ability for you to
control the filter for your addresses), or if you're using norton
(which will cause all sorts of email problems) or some other buggy
antivirus software.

Those are usually the major culprits - buggy antivirus software, and
ISP-level spam filtering.
