What is the typical price range on getting an
electric/gas/sewage/phone hookup for a brand new modular house on an
undeveloped piece of land in a semi-rural setting? (Calculate for a
home that is approximately 100 feet away from existing street utility
lines). Since I do not know what area of the country this will be in,
an across the board cost range is desired.
