During our very nasty divorce, my husband filed a false affidavit stating he knew nothing about my having a credit card in his name (with me being an authorized user). I have documentation with his signature showing he was well aware of it and the charges against me are being dropped. To my knowedge he did not file a police report. Do I have any recourse to file charges against him for the mental anguish he purposely caused? Also, would this information be relevant in my divorce trial? Need immediate response...trial is Wednesday. |

Your attorney should answer this for you. You have an attorney don't you? This is not really relevant to your divorce. Just shows how nasty he is. |
