During our very nasty divorce, my husband filed a false affidavit
stating he knew nothing about my having a credit card in his name
(with me being an authorized user). I have documentation with his
signature showing he was well aware of it and the charges against me
are being dropped. To my knowedge he did not file a police report.
Do I have any recourse to file charges against him for the mental
anguish he purposely caused? Also, would this information be relevant
in my divorce trial? Need immediate response...trial is Wednesday.

Your attorney should answer this for you. You have an attorney don't you?
This is not really relevant to your divorce. Just shows how nasty he is.
