This may be a tough one.  About 10-15 years ago, I've watched this
music video, and I absolutely loved the song.  Here's what little I
remember about the video - it looked as if it was set in some sort of
dark future city ran by the bad guys who looked like rats.  There were
also human children in the video - and I think they were slaves to the
rats.  The only other thing that I remember is that the children were
lead to freedom by a young man and/or a girl, and the whole video
ended with the children and their leader escaping the city and
watching a rainbow over a green landscape...  Basically the whole
video looked very much like some futuristic version of "Pied Piper"
story (the hero had a backpack, and I think he used some sort of an
instrument connected to it to defeat the rat-men).  My question is -
what is the name of the song and the band from that music video?  I
don't remember any lyrics.  All I remember is that the genre would be
Techno, and I think the song was very similar to Real McCoy's
"Runaway".
