how to evaluate a new partner in a family office which exists 2 years and have 3 partners (one financer, two hunters with 70%) and roughly usd 250 mio under management now and the new partner will attract usd 150 mio out of 750 mio usd in two years. how much % of the company he should get if - he get no bonus and only dividends like the founders - he get a yearly bonus of 0.15% of the attracted money and the founders only dividends |
