Is this the "Red Countess" in question?

"Constance Markievicz, or Connie Gore-Booth" ("the Red Countess") was
born in 1868 and died in 1927:

Her husband Kazimierz Dunin-Markiewicz was "a Polish Catholic" and "a
subject of the Russian Empire"

An article in Polish:

Kazimierz (or Casimir) Dunin-Markiewicz was born in 1874 and died in 1932.

But Constance Gore-Booth, the countess Markievicz, was a British
subject. She was the first British woman member of parliament (though
she never took up her place. The first female MP to sit in parliament
was Nancy Astor; an American by birth).
