A preliminray look suggests much of the research seems to be from
Japan. There was a multicenter trial in 2004 at

Nishinomiya, Japan; First Department of Internal Medicine, Nagoya
University School of Medicine, Nagoya, Japan;
Second Department of Internal Medicine, Chiba University School of
Medicine, Chiba, Japan;
Second Department of Internal Medicine, Shiga University of Medical
Science, Ohtsu, Japan;
First Department of Internal Medicine, Hirosaki Universal School of
Medicine, Hirosaki, Japan;
Department of Internal Medicine, Keio University School of Medicine, Tokyo, Japan;
Department of Gastroenterology, Fujimoto Hospital Medicine, Osaka, Japan
