Is there any way to successfully sue someone in an Ohio civil court for sexual abuse after the current statute of limitations has expired? Or, perhaps phrased better: Are there ANY known or possible exceptions to the statute of limitations in Ohio that have to do with sexual crimes? |

I don't know about Ohio but there have been "exceptions" mostly to do with careful reading of the precise statute involved. For example, just when does the clock start ticking? When a person realizes they were abused? When they come of age? Etc. |
