What are the scenarios for the 5-9 teams in the NFC (Giants, Cowboys,
Redskins, Lions, Bears, Tampa Bay, Arizona) for making the playoffs
this year?  I know that all of these teams would have to win their
final two games to retain a mathematical chance, but what other events
would also have to occur to give them a 7-9 playoff birth?
