especially UK (not in Turkey or Cyprus)

language of the country in which they reside, I?m sure many don?t)

a plane ticket online etc)

Greetings,
It sounds like you are interested in providing a Turkish language
service to people in Western Europe.

There are about 2 million Turks living in Germany, the largest number
in a single EU country, and, indeed, many are not proficient in German
or the local language in other countries.

However, there are very many sites in Turkish that cater to their travel needs.
You can see this by searching with: online bilet
(Turkish for online ticket). You may have to adjust your language
preference in Google to any language (recommended).

For example, you will find this site that links to four airlines:

http://www.sgairport.com/havaalani/tr/biletsatis/biletsatis.asp

There are many overland bus companies that serve the community as well.

If the assumption about the direction of your question was wrong, my apologies.
